Josh is a seasoned serial investor, entrepreneur, and consultant with over 15 years of experience in the global capital markets. He has founded multiple thriving ventures and executed over a billion dollars in transactional value. His expertise lies in structuring, financing, and mergers and acquisitions (M&As) in global capital markets, as well as reverse mergers and business development.
He is the CEO of MavDB Consulting, LLC, and recently founded Blackstone Mercantile Group.
Bartch has built a distinguished career focused on advising and investing in publicly traded companies across leading international exchanges, including the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), Nasdaq, London Stock Exchange (LSE), Euronext, the Canadian Securities Exchange, and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
Born in Denver, Colorado, Josh Bartch founded his first company while attending Colorado State University, which he successfully sold.
In 2007, he co-founded AudioTranscriptionist.com, a pioneering digital platform that provided professional transcription services for legal, medical, academic, and business sectors. The company established a reputation for accuracy, reliability, and fast turnaround, serving clients across the United States and beyond.
In 2011, Bartch launched Evolutionary Ventures LLC, a boutique private investment and advisory firm specializing in early-stage and growth-stage opportunities across various industries, including technology, consumer, and financial sectors. The firm actively engages in capital structuring, strategic partnerships, and preparing companies for initial public offerings (IPOs) and subsequent public market listings.
